Rabbi Isaac Rice

Rabbi Rice is the Mara D'asra of Congregation Anshei Chesed.

Prior to being appointed the Mara De'asra, Rabbi Rice served as the Associate Rabbi at Anshei Chesed from 2014.

Rabbi Rice grew up in Scarsdale, New York and attended yeshiva day schools in the Tri-State area. After learning in Eretz Yisroel he attended YU and received Semicha from RIETS. He has a Master's in Education from Teacher's College at Columbia University. He currently heads the Halacha department at SKA High School for Girls. Additionally, he has been involved in writing and editing a number of English language seforim. He is married to Tamara (née Stern) of Teaneck, New Jersey. They have six children.
